“I don't usually stay in Sleep Inns but did so because the reviews seemed positive. Definitely better than the standard Sleep Inn experience.”

“Waled into a nightmare and no refund. Took pictures and documented everything for Expedia, but we didn't pay the insurance and lost out on refund. Did not stay at property after sering inside. Walked upstairs and fell on way down - looked up and saw the railing was broken away from the wall! Caused my fall. Broken closet door, dangerously dim bathroom light, overall unclean place.
